Welcome to the September issue of Foodhism. Foodhism focuses on food culture, food travel, food news, recipes, and all other delicious food related articles.

In our Hidden Cuisines of the World Part II issue, we take a closer look at six different lesser known regional cuisines from around the world. This includes; Peru, Taiwan, Nigeria, and Sri Lanka. We also follow our friends, The Nomadic Canadians, as they travel through Azerbaijan. We give you a brief history of the different food cultures, share recipes, and provide travel tips. We also share Anthony Bourdain’s experiences in these countries with excerpts taken from the book ‘World Travel: An Irreverent Guide’ by Anthony and Laurie Woolever.
